Pics and Prints Gift Card Honor Policy — Final Extension

Background

Portrait Pros Photography Studio (formerly operating under the name Pics and Prints) previously issued gift cards through promotional campaigns and regular sales prior to our rebranding. Although Pics and Prints has since closed, Portrait Pros is extending a final courtesy period to honor valid, unused gift cards originally issued by Pics and Prints.

Redemption Policy

1. Final Redemption Deadline - All Pics and Prints gift cards must be redeemed and completed (session concluded) by November 15, 2025.This means the photography session must take place and be finished by that date — not merely scheduled or booked.
2. Eligible Services - Gift cards may only be applied toward in-studio portrait sessions at Portrait Pros.They cannot be used for: Outdoor photo sessions, On-location events (e.g., weddings, parties, or corporate shoots), Any services rendered outside the Portrait Pros studio
3. Ineligible Uses - Gift cards cannot be applied to prior or past sessions.They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or offers.

Booking Requirements

1. Timed Sessions - Timed session bookings  must be scheduled manually in person at the Portrait Pros studio. Phone and Internet scheduling are not accepted for gift card redemption on timed sessions.
2. Deposit Policy - A $10.00 deposit is required to secure your appointment time. Upon arrival for your session, the deposit will be refunded or applied to your order balance.

Gift Card Value & Usage

1. Full Value Requirement - The entire value of the gift card must be used at the time of redemption. Unused balances will not be carried over, as the card will be deactivated upon use.
2. No Reissue or Replacement - Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be reissued. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or alternate products/services.
3. Deactivation Policy - Once a gift card is redeemed, it is immediately voided and cannot be reused under any circumstance.

Expiration and Final Notice

• The final expiration date for all Pics and Prints gift cards is November 15, 2025.
• No exceptions or extensions will be made beyond this date.
• After this date, all unredeemed gift cards will be permanently void and hold no monetary value.

Q: Can I book a session after November 15, 2025 if I call before that date?
A: No. The session must occur and conclude by November 15, 2025. Booking in advance does not extend the deadline.

Q: Can I use my gift card for outdoor or event photography?
A: No. The cards are valid only for in-studio sessions.

Q: Can I apply my gift card to a previous session or outstanding balance?
A: No. Gift cards cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases or sessions.
