Booking & Deposit Policy

Due to an increase in no-shows, late arrivals, and overlapping appointments, a deposit is now required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your final total at checkout in the studio.

Please note the following terms:

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Please schedule an appointment only when you are certain you can attend.
• We allow changes to your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without you forfeiting your deposit. We can only allow this if a new time is booked by speaking to an employee prior to 24 hours to your scheduled appointment. Only one change will be allowed. 
• Deposits will be forfeited if you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled start time. Disclosure form must be filled out. For example, if your session is scheduled for 2:00 PM and you arrive at 2:10 PM (disclosure form must have already been filled out), we may still accommodate you, but your deposit will not be credited.
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, we will be unable to honor your session and your deposit will be forfeited.
